Common rolling methods include two-roll half-pass cold rolling, two-roll ring pass cold rolling, multi-roll cold rolling, two-roll warm rolling, and multi-roll warm rolling. It must use warm rolling technology for tube rolling because of the high tensile strength, the cross resistance and the bad processing plasticity of the medium and high strength titanium alloy material.
Application
1. The titanium seamless pipes are originally used in aircraft engine compressor components and the structural parts of rocket, missile and high-speed aircraft.
2. Applied in the electrodes for electrolysis industry, the condensers for power stations, the heaters for petroleum refining and the seawater desalination, and the environmental pollution control devices.
3. Applied in the chemical reactors, the distillation towers, the storage tanks, and the heat exchangers.
