Wood pelletizing machine is used to make pellets which is a new green biofuel widely applied in power plant ,civilian heating and living energy ,industrial boiler .

The raw material for wood pelletizing machine is quite extensive like agricultural residues ,energy corps ,wood material ,industrial waste .Sawdust for example ,it is squeezed by wood pelletizing machine under high temperature becoming into high density pellets without any chemical additive or binder ,this finished pellet has advantage of high calorific value ,easy transportation .

Kingwood wood pelletizing machine is traditional horizontal ring die pellet machine ,its main working principle is that  ring die drives in  high-speed rotation with the internal configuration of two eccentric pressure roller assembly (extrusion cylinder), the material into the granulation chamber is physically extruded into a diameter of 6-8- 10-12mm pellets .
