Equipment Description

Automatic High Voltage Foil Winding Machine is dedicated to winding high voltage transformer foil coils(Dry type casting high voltage coil). During winding process, it can implement tension constant, set tensions of two sizes and rectify automatically. It also can realize to preset stop point and weld led-out and led-in system. According to preset coil, it can axial move precision, with the positioning function in infrared laser. The main component of high voltage foil winding machine include: pay-off machine,cleaning device,burring device, layer insulation device, auto-welding device, winding machine, winding machine move part, electric control system etc.
