VTE-ZRJE Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is a simplified vacuum mixer of our VTE-ZRJ to complete process of mixing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, vacuum, heating and cooling in one unit. It's an economical type specially designed for the small capacity production of cream and emulsions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.

2. Suitable for emulsion viscosity below 30,000 cps

3. Variable speed for homogenizer (0-3500r/min) and agitators (10-70r/min)

4. Top mounted homogenizer for emulsifying and homogenizing while agitator and

 scraper enhance mixing

5. Vacuum system designed to avoid air bubbles during mixing and dust problem of powder product

6. Different jacket at option for heating by steam or electricity, cooled by water

7. Pre-treatment mixers designed for oil-base and water-base material
