Application:
This packing system is used to packing the fasteners in large quantity, 30-5000pcs/pack.
Working process:
Using the magnet elevator to feed the fittings to the pressure sensor hopper, until get to about 90% of the total quantity.
Then the supplement signal will give to the vibration hopper, and the vibration
hopper will count the rest screws.
The weighed screws and counted screws will be mixed in the storage hopper. The storage hopper is controlled by PLC.
Using a carton box feeding conveyor, to feed and detect the cartons, when the
cartons are fixed, fill the counted fittings into the cartons.
Also can use the vertical packing machine to pack them into plastic bags.
