Products description:

HASL-LF:  HASL-LF deposition thickness is irregular, 1 µm to 10 µm. But it’s lead free with RoHS compliance. Not suitable for dense feet IC and BGA soldering, because it’s lack of flatness and uniformity. Its storage period is lower (approx. 18 months). The cost is lower than other finish.
