Products description:

ENIG (Immersion Ni/Au): Electroless deposition of nickel on copper and Gold on nickel, Au is between 1u’’ to 5u’’ . Finishing is Lead Free and with RoHS compliant. Excellent flatness, it gives better result for assembly. Storage up to two years, the longer shelf life or useful life of the circuits. But it exist the risk of black pad,and the cost is a little expensive than other finish.
