Products description:

Immersion silver: Immersion silver deposition of Ag thickness between 3u’’ to 8u’’. Finishing is Lead Free and with RoHS compliant. Excellent flatness, suitable apply to complex SMD, Fine Pitch BGA, Press Fit and Multisolder. It can be stored up to 1 year. The advantage is the low thermal stress during the production process. The disadvantage is the difficulty for reprocessing.
