Applications
Wellhead equipment leak test system is designed for gas/air pressure leakage test of various wellhead devices such as BOP (blowout preventer), Christmas tree, choke & kill manifolds, etc.

• Test media can be compressed air or N2with a capability of testing on differential pressure levels such as 70MPa, 105MPa, 140Mpa, 210MPa;

• The testing process is fully controlled by PC+PLC, all the settings and operations could be fulfilled on the control panel;

• Automatic data acquisition supports real-time display of pressure values, time and pressure-time curves. Testing results can be saved and printed out for further analysis;

• Video monitoring system is accessible with recorders on request;   

• Dual pressure releasing devices--PC automatic pressure release & manual pressure release, more reliable and safer;

• Isolated testing unit and control unit to ensure the safety of operators;

• All high pressure valves, tubing and pump made in USA with 316SS to guarantee the test precision and stability;

• Industrial nitrogen cylinder bank, nitrogen generator & booster or high pressure air compressors can be provided on request.
