The PVC garden pipe plant is consists of automatic feeder, two sets of single screw extruder, co-extrusion die, forming device, water cooling tank and coiler etc. 

This garden pipe machine is designed to produce soft PVC and rigid PVC helix as reinforced. The suction hose is composed of soft PVC and rigid PVC helix, which makes hose with good extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, anti-bending, good negotiability. The PVC garden pipe is suitable to conveying gas, liquid and powder, and is widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and irrigation, etc.

Feature of garden pipe making machine:

1. The extruder machine is single screw extruder for soft PVC and rigid PVC material only which all adopt AC motor with ABB inverter control and help saving power cost. 

2. Good shearing and mixing effect with professional screw for soft PVC and rigid PVC granular material only match with high torque gear box to ensure high efficiency extrusion hose with high quality.

3. Filtration type die head design, which ensures not only material be future plasticized, but also pipes with stable performance.

4. Forming mould is made by 45# stainless steel; rotating speed of it was controlled by reducer box. It makes sure that rotating speed is kept in the same for pipe transmission smoothly. 

5. This soft and rigid pipe machine adopts cooling bath length reach to 30meters which improve the rate of finished products of pipes and meet the demand of coiler in the end of extrusion line. 

6. The whole hydraulic hose making machine adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient.
