DZL Coal-Fired Hot Water Boiler

Introduction

This boiler is packaged assembly, compact structure, small floor space, short installation period, less installation costs and cost effective infrastructure investment;

Flue gas temperature at the lower tube sheet, smoke tube single return tube sheet heat evenly, low stress of the boiler tube sheet makes the boiler operate safely and reliably and have long service life;

Heating surface is laid out adequately and reasonably, the boiler heating-up and pressure boost up quickly,strong output,high thermal efficiency.

Grate inlets air according to air distribution warehouse. All air distribution chambers can adjust the air flow independently and grate speed can be regulated in the stepless way. It could be used by wide range of applicable coals and could burn thoroughly.

Electrical cabinet has the overpressure, low water level alarm and interlock protection device, safe, reliable and easy to operate.
