These sprayers are specially designed for spraying in Orchards and Hilly Terrain. They are also suitable for spraying in apple, grape, coffee, rubber trees and field crops. They find applications in large farm houses, golf courses etc..Our sprayer is a horizontal triplex pump (3 Pistons) with a crank shaft working in oil bath. The cast iron portion of the pump is an assembly of 3 chambers with suction chamber at the bottom, valve chamber at the centre, and delivery chamber at the top. The pressure vessel is mounted on the delivery Chamber to stabilize the pressure. The pistons and valves (Suction and Delivery) are made from Stainless Steel.Features:1.Pressure relief by hand.2.Grease-Free-triplex pump with ceramic pistons & Special hydraulic seal. No need to add grease.3.All moving parts such as connecting rods, crankshaft, crank bearings etc. are lubricated by oil bath.4.Needs 3 HP engine or electric motor.
